Twisted Skillet turns it up at The American Tailgate Party with some rib hammers

Twisted Skillet’s Sean Koehler shows Kirbe Schnoor his method of preparing and cooking rib hammers, also called beef lollipops or tomahawks.

Twisted Skillet’s menu is inspired by hill country and ranch cuisine, but with a modern twist!

They also make it a priority to take the talents of local farmers, ranchers, chefs, cheesemakers, winemakers, brewers, distillers, and more to create their amazing dishes while using local and seasonal ingredients.
