ProRodeo returns to Denver this Thursday, January 13!

Who Qualified: In the roughstock events, the top 72 in the 2021 PRCA World Standings and the Top 8 in the 2022 PRCA World Standings are invited to compete. In the men’s timed events, the top 30 in the 2021 PRCA World Standings, Top 5 in the 2022 PRCA World Standings, Top 5 from the Mountain States Circuit Standings, and top 50 from the Denver qualifying rounds are eligible to compete. In the barrels, the top 48 in the 2021 WPRA World Standings, Top 4 in the WPRA Tour Standings, Top 18 in the Mountain States, and Top 10 in the 2022 WPRA World Standings are invited.

How it works: Denver’s tournament format consists of two preliminary go-rounds spread out over six performances. The top 24 in the average in each event then advance to the progressive rounds, all held on Saturday, January 22 in three brackets. The top four from each bracket qualify for the championship round — meaning you’ll see 12 athletes in each event vying for National Western titles on Finals Sunday!
