Ethan Mazurenko’s first trip at the Canadian Finals Rodeo was less than what he was hoping for but he made up for it in Round 2.
A matchup with Calgary Stampede’s Dicso Party was just the remedy for Mazurenko and the Thorhild, Alberta cowboy put a score of 90.25 on the board.
“You got lots of time. She jumps really high in the air and makes it really easy for you. It’s really fun, really good horse, one of the only horses in this pen I hadn’t been on yet and I was really excited for tonight,” Mazurenko said.
This is the highest score in the bareback riding so far and second highest score in the roughstock events of the CFR this far with three perfromances to go.
