Ben Andersen finished outside of the Top 30 each of the last two seasons, but that changed in a big way during the 2021 rodeo season. The 22-year-old Canadian cowboy finished No. 12 in the World Standings and is heading to his first career NFR.

Ben captured his first big win of the season at the Osage XTreme Bronc Days where he went 88.5 points on Cash Deal to win the rodeo and a check for more than $4,000. Andersen ran into a difficult stretch of riding after his win in Osage. He would cash just one check over $1,000 between the beginning of April and June 19th.

Andersen bounced back at the Reno Rodeo, taking third place in the first round with an 85.5 point ride which earned him over $3,000. That would prove to be the ride that got his season rolling as he impressed at the St. Paul Rodeo, taking second place in two rounds and earning more than $10,000 at the rodeo.
