Ben Anderson & Waikiki Coconut go to the Top at the Red Bluff Roundup

Canadian saddle bronc rider, Ben Anderson matched up with Canadian bronc, Waikiki Coconut of Calgary Stampede to go for 83 points on the first night of the Red Bluff Roundup.

Anderson had never been on this horse but after talking with Logan Hay and watching the horse at a pervious Canadian rodeo, he knew Waikiki Coconut was going to be a good one.

“Zeke Thurston can ride them horses as best anybody can and that’s kind of what I felt like when I was back and forth… it felt good, it was fun, I was happy with it,” Anderson said.

Anderson made his first trip to the National Finals Rodeo this past year and he knows there is plenty of rodeo left for him to crack that top 15.
