Bradlee Miller’s Success Continues with San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo Title

Bareback rider Bradlee Miller picks up another Texas Swing win.

Bradlee Miller hit a stride in Las Vegas that has stayed with him well into the 2025 regular season. The Texas bareback rider is two-for-two Texas Swing Final Rounds. A top four finish in Fort Worth was bested when he won the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo.

“That was awesome. That horse felt really good and kind of strong but everything a guy wants,” Miller said.

The horse he picked was J Bar J’s Straight Stick to be 89.5 points on Saturday night. While the 89.5-point ride landed him second in the Final Round, it brought his total money earned to over $20,000 making him the Champion.

“It’s been a great start to the season. Anything before Reno is just a head start and this is a heck of a head start,” he said.

Miller came into San Antonio the No. 1 bareback rider in the PRCA World Standings and he extended that lead to $16,000 with the win at Frost Bank Center.
