The Calgary Stampede has announced its new CEO. Former president and CEO of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Joe Cowley, will take over the duties of interim CEO Dana Peers in September.
Calgary began its search for a new CEO in December after the death of Warren Connell.
The Stampede begins on July 9th and runs through the 18th.
