The ProRodeo Tour Finale will take place at California Rodeo Salinas to conclude the 2021 season.

The rodeo was originally scheduled for July 15-18, but was postponed because of COVID-19 and will now take place from Sept. 23-26, 2021.

“We’re incredibly excited to be the host for the ProRodeo Tour Finale,” Salinas President Dave Pedrazzi said. “California Rodeo Salinas is steeped in ProRodeo history and having the Tour Finale here will only add to that great tradition.”

The Top 24 athletes in each event in the ProRodeo Tour Standings will advance to Salinas and compete for a total of $500,000 in prize money, making it a pivotal event for Wrangler NFR qualifying.

“This is what the ProRodeo Tour Finale is all about,” PRCA CEO George Taylor said. “Not only will these talented athletes be crowned Tour champions, but a number of competitors will also book their trips to the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo.”

The rodeo will air on The Cowboy Channel and on the PRCA on the Cowboy Channel+ App.

The ProRodeo season officially concludes on Sept. 30, 2021.
