California Valley is Home to the Veater Ranch Battle of the Best

Nestled in part of the California Valley is Veater Ranch, three generations of Veater families made it their home and now, George Veater has opened it to Fresno State rodeo team. There, Fresno State bronc riders are able to practice and hone in their skills.

In 2021, Veater Ranch became a hot spot for young professional bronc riders and it became home to an amazing bronc riding with a huge purse. That bronc match is known as the Battle of the Best and it will take place again this year over Mother’s Day Weekend.

Just up the road, is one of United States largest National Parks, Yosemite. This is home to one of the tallest water falls in the World and offers a glimpse at some of America’s most beautiful spaces.

In true George Veater fashion, this year’s bronc match is a PRCA fundraising event and this year’s proceeds will go to the Fresno State Bulldoggers Rodeo Team. Check all your boxes and experience central California with a visit to Veater Ranch for the Battle of the Best. Get your tickets here.
