The Cinch World’s Toughest Rodeo went to Cedar Rapids, Iowa this past weekend and a few cowboys cashed in on a good pay day.
In the bareback riding, Nick Pelke had a big payday with his No. 1 ride while Bronc Marriot came in second and there was a three way tie for third but the top three holes paid out $8,499 just in the bareback alone.
Brody Wells took home over $3,000 to win the saddle bronc riding while Lucas Macza got over $2,000 for second. It was another third place tie between three cowboys who each took home $1,127.
Jace Trosclair is a name we came to know after the young cowboy hit a hot streak in early 2021. He took home the win in the bull riding while Tristen Hutchings, Connor Murnion and John Young tied for second.
The Cinch World’s Toughest events pay out around $30,000 and give the roughstock riders a good chance to bring home some money and climb the standings.
