Cheyenne Frontier Days celebrated 125 years last year and it was a huge year for the rodeo. With sold out rodeo performances concerts and more, the 125th Daddy of ‘Em All was a show stoping experience.
“You’ve got great rodeos all over the country but a premier Western celebration, all our pancake breakfast… we’ve got four parades where you can see the old west come to life… It’s a huge festival really,” said Mike Smith.
The preparation for this year started the day after the rodeo wrapped up in 2021. They have new ideas that they are putting into the schedule, and they are changing their ticketing process. They hope to have an announcement with lineups and rodeo information come out in March.
Cheyenne Frontier Days is considered a bucket list rodeo to most and this year is no different.
