Cheyenne Frontier Days: Tuesday Matinee Daysheet, Performance 4

With four moving on to the Semifinals from each performance, today’s performance at the Cheyenne Frontier Days is jam packed with talent.

BAREBACK RIDING

Utah cowboy Dean Thompson will match up with Dakota Rodeo’s Guitar Girl, a young horse that has only had two outs according to Stock Stats. The highest score received on the mare is an 83.5 but Thompson has been at the top of his game lately.

STEER WRESTLING

A 6.0-second run is the fastest we have seen this year and Performance 4 is full of fresh faces. Joe Wilson is a Badlands Circuit cowboy that could top the leaderboard.

TEAM ROPING

Three powerhouse NFR teams will back into the box today and the last of the three is last out in the performance and a force. The team roping won’t be complete until Kaleb Driggers and Junior Nogueira put a time on the board.

SADDLE BRONC RIDING

Logan Hay and Dakota Rodeo’s Bobs Alibi will meet for the first time. The horse carried Jake Finlay to an 89-point ride in Oklahoma this season while Logan Cook has been 85 before.

TIE-DOWN ROPING

The question on everyone’s mind is just how fast Riley Webb will get it done today. The World Champion Tie-Down Roper is known for being decievingly fast and the Daddy is no different.

BREAKAWAY ROPING

A star-studded lineup in the breakaway means we might see a new fastest time in Cheyenne. The Final two breakaway ropers are Sarah Angelone and Jackie Crawford, both known for horsepower and strong swings.

BARREL RACING

Paige Jones has been hustling to make majority of Short Go’s this season and Cheyenne is a place she has had success before.

BULL RIDING

Ky Hamilton’s 88-point ride from Performance 3 has locked in his place in the Semifinals but he will nod again today on Mother In Law, the bull that Brody Yeary was 80.5 on in Bismarck, North Dakota.
