Bareback rider Keenan Hayes is currently sitting No. 1 in bother the PRCA World Standings and the Resistol Rookie race and he has added to his success with an 86.5-point ride aboard Championship Pro Rodeo’s Pass the Hat that earned him the NFR Open win.
“It’s awesome. I missed out on it last year, made it to the four-man but didn’t quite win it, and I’ve been craving after it ever since. I’m having a blast this year and excited to keep going,” Hayes said.
This win added over $18,000 to his 2023 season earnings and to make it even sweeter, it came in front of a home state crowd. Hayes has a lead foot down with over two months left in the season and has no intentions of letting up.
