His last trip to the Rapid City Xtreme Bulls was good enough for only $200, while this trip, Sellars would capitalize on his matchups to be the best.
A matchup with Sankey Pro Rodeo and Phenom Genetics’ Bugatti ended with an 86-point ride to finish first in Round 1. He would go for 87 points in Round 2 aboard Sutton Rodeo’s Rocky to be second, however, this gave him the slightest of edge to be No. 1 in the Average by just half a point.
Sellars walked away from the Rodeo Rapid City Xtreme Bulls the Champion adding over $19,000 to his season earnings and getting back a boost of momentum as the Texas Swing begins. He now sits No. 4 in the PRCA World Standings.
