Tucker Allen cashes in a $65,000 win and then some at RodeoHouston to be your Exmark Timed Event Athlete of the Week.
While Allen might have seemed like a sleeper in Super Series IV, he earned his RodeoHouston win in Wildcard fashion. He entered the Semifinals where an 8.9 would leave him in the Wildcard Round. There, Allen chalked up a 5.2-second run that cinched his place in the Finals by half a second.
A 4.6-second run would put him fourth in the Championship Round behind Dalton Massey, Ty Erickson and Holden Myers to be his first time on Sunday. In the Shoot Out, Allen threw down his fastest time of the rodeo, a 4.2, to win it all.
Allen hit the jackpot in Texas while also picking up a second-place pay day at Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show and Rodeo to add another $3,000 to his earnings.
