Brandon Harrison is a veteran steer wrestler with over a decade of experience in the PRCA. When he entered the San Antonio Qualifier in Uvalde, Texas in November, he had no idea that a San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo Championship would be in store. Harrison’s Texas Swing got started in Bracket 2 at Frost Bank Center and he started cashing in come Round 2 with a time of 4.7 seconds. He would be almost a second and a half faster come Round 3 when a 3.4-second run earned him the Round win. Harrison tied to be the top money earner in his bracket and advance.
While the Semi-Finals were not the best, Harrison had earned enough in his bracket to move on to the Finals. It was there that a 4.3-second run early on would hold on to the top spot for Harrison to claim the win by two tents of a second.
There is no doubt that this is Harrison’s biggest win of his career but it only gets sweeter as he is your Exmark Timed Event Athlete of the Week.
