Kincade Henry’s time in the practice pen has paid off. He is the No. 1 tie-down roper from Super Series 1 and your Exmark Timed Event Athlete of the Week after claiming two go-round wins at NRG Stadium.
Henry started out with a 9.5-second run in Round 1 that set the pace and picked up the Round win while doing it. He followed it up by besting that time by almost a full second when an 8.6-second run cinched the win in Round 2.
While Henry did not cash in for Round 3, he earned enough with two Go-Round wins to cinch his place in the Semi-Finals. We will see him back in Semi-Final 2 where it is a clean slate.
On top of Henry’s RodeoHouston success, he added another $2,000 to his season earnings when he clocked another 8.6-second run this time, at Matagorda County Fair and Rodeo. That is his third win so far in the month of March.
