Flint Rasmussen Discusses Why He Likes the PBR World Finals Moving to Fort Worth

The PBR World Finals are now being held in May, rather than November, and among the fans of the change is in-arena entertainer Flint Rasmussen.

“We’re very respectful and aware of how big an event the NFR is,” he said. “And we were within a month of the NFR and that’s a hard thing for people who want to go to both. So, the time of the year, all of a sudden it’s the end of the regular season and I really like it.”

In addition to the PBR World Finals, there will be several other events throughout Fort Worth in conjunction. There will be bull fights, ABBI competitions, team penning and live shows throughout the week.

“Fort Worth gives us an opportunity to come take over and city and showcase everything we have to offer,” Rasmussen said. “And I think Fort Worth has really catering to that and we’re accomplishing what we set out to do.”

The PBR World Finals begin May 13 and run through May 22 at Dickies Arena. You can see the full interview with Flint Rasmussen here.
