Four-Time Canadian Finals Saddle Bronc Rider Logan Hay Crosses CFR Round 1 Win off His List

Logan Hay holds the World Record and Canadian Finals Saddle Bronc record but one thing he had not accomplished? Winning Round 1 at the Canadian Finals Rodeo. He did just that to kick off the 49th CFR with an 85.75-point ride on Vold Rodeo’s Elvira.

“I was definitely excited, she is one, you see her name by yours and you get a little nervous. It’s not just pumped to have her, she’s a lot of work, lots of people have heck with her. I do too, like that was a lot of work today but I’m happy it worked out,” Hay said.

With a hard one out of the way and the momentum swinging in his favor, Hay’s fourth CFR is off and running.
