Hailey Kinsel Sweeps Bracket 3’s Barrel Racing in Fort Worth

Kinsel, a two-time Fort Worth Champion, made swift work of her first test in Dickies Arena

Hailey Kinsel has kicked off 2024 with an absolutely stellar start.

After tying for the win at the National Western in Denver, she has seemingly only gotten better in Fort Worth, sweeping Bracket 3’s barrel racing with times of 16.34 and 16.48 seconds.

“I just, you know, hold on and hope for the best,” Kinsel said with a smile after Bracket 3, Round 2. "(Sister) likes that long run to the third barrel and long run out, everybody gets cheering after the second and I think she thinks she’s showing off.”

Kinsel’s two Go-Round wins added a total of $4,000 to her season earnings which has yet to factor into the four-time World Champion’s No. 7 ranking in the WPRA World Standings.

She is on the Semifinals along with Ivy Hurst. Kinsel is a two-time Champion and two-time runner up at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.
