Interview from RNCFR: Jessica Routier

On night one of Round 2 at the Ram National Circuit Finals Rodeo in Kissimmee, Florida, barrel racer Jessica Routier and her beloved horse Missy turned in the fastest time of the rodeo so far, stopping the clock at 14.74 seconds.

Routier now sits fourth in the average, with the second bracket of Round 2 contestants set to compete this afternoon. Performance three will decide the top eight in each event who will move on to the semifinals.

Barrel Racing Average Leaders on Two: 1. Tarryn Lee, 29.56 seconds on two head; 2. Jessie Telford, 30.05; 3. Kelley Carrington, 30.06; 4. Jessica Routier, 30.08; 5. Lacinda Rose, 30.20; 6. Lake Mehalic, 30.28; no other qualified runs.
