IPRA’s Johnny Wayne Gilstrap Passes Away At Age 78

One of the most decorated rodeo clowns in the history of the International Pro Rodeo Association, Johnny Wayne Gilstrap, has passed away at the age of 78.

Born June 9, 1943 in Anderson, South Carolina, Johnny was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps Reserve and one of the greatest performers of all time.

Johnny passed away on May 1st in Nashville, Tennessee.
