Reigning World Champion Kassie Mowry was the No. 3 barrel racer in the WPRA World Standings when she came into RodeoHouston. Championship Sunday changed it all when she clocked a 14.50 in the Championship Shoot Out.
“I’m so grateful for this horse. He just seems to rise up to the occassion. He just knows when I really need him the most,” Mowry said.
With a total of six runs at NRG Stadium, Mowry and Jarvis clocked their fastest time in the Chamionship Shoot Out to win Mowry’s second RodeoHouston title.
