Kaycee Feild confident after winning the bareback riding in Sikeston

Reigning World Champion Kaycee Feild has one thing on his mind after winning the Sikeston Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo with 88 points on Organic Outlaw; entering the Wrangler NFR in first place.

“I’m pretty dang happy with the way it turned out, that was a lot of fun,” he said. “I’m going to remain consistent for sure, that’s my goal, I’ve got a lot of rodeos to win yet........I plan on going to the NFR in first place and I’m feeling great, having a lot of fun, very confident.”

Feild, a five-time Bareback Riding World Champion, is fifth in the PRCA World Standings with just over $100,000 after adding more than $7,500 over the weekend. About $5,000 of that came from Sikeston and another $2,500 was from his second-place finish in Lawton.
