Keyshawn Whitehorse had a successful weekend in Casper, Wyoming at PBR’s Velocity Tour.
Whitehorse says this win in Casper was redeeming after a not-so successful weekend in Sioux Falls, however, going back to the basics and being self-aware played a huge part in gaining back the confidence he needed to make these great rides.
Keyshawn’s first ride on Light It Up scored an 85.50. Whitehorse was then able to take what he learned on his ride in Round 1 and take that into the Championship Round, where he scored an 88.50, taking the lead for the event.
“Absolutely, I mean, it’s putting me in a much better headspace, it’s more level and more confident with each step I take in each day whether it’s in the arena or outside of the arena”, Keyshawn says as he describes the impact this win has made on his season.
