With the winter season nearing its end, the list of injuries has stayed low. However, Lake Havasu and Rodeo Austin added a couple guys to the injured list.
Scottie Knapp is the No.5 ranked bull rider in the world having an outstanding year, but after Lake Havasu, he will be out for four months. Honeycutt Rodeo’s Lizard Lips stepped on his leg and he will have to undergo surgery.
Trey Benton III sustained a concussion and a fractured sternum. He is doing fine and the Justin Sportsmedicine Team has given him steps to take before he competes again.
Bareback rider, Trenton Montero, has had multiple injuries throughout his career that Justin Sprtsmedicine Team has worked on.
“Justin Sportsmedicine helps a lot with dealing with our injuries just because they understand our sport so well,” Montero said.
