On the NFR Bubble

As ProRodeo athletes enter the home stretch of the 2020 season, they are all feeling the pressure of securing a spot in the top 15 come September 30th.

Here’s a look at the ones who are on the bubble in each event — including rookie bareback rider Cole Reiner, who’s jumped from 20 to 16 in two weeks; steer wrestler Clayton Hass, who’s moved from 19 to 16; and saddle bronc rider Taos Muncy, who’s gone from 22 to 16. Also just outside the top 15 are team ropers Brenten Hall and Chase Tryan, who both moved into the 16th spot after Sikeston; tie-down roper Blane Cox, who’s currently No. 18 in standings; barrel racer Ryann Pedone, who’s moved from 17 to 16 with her new horse Hollywood; and Brody Yeary, who’s moved from 17 to 16 in the bull riding.
