Powder River’s Chiseled defends PRCA Bull of the Year title

Powder River Rodeo’s Chiseled made his first appearance of the 2021 season at The American Rodeo, where he was ridden by a PRCA cowboy for the first time since 2018.

Colten Fritzlan rode the bull for 89.5 points to make it on to the four man Shootout, where he would win the entire event.

Chiseled got the best of five other cowboys over the summer including Josh Frost, Boudreaux Campbell and Jeff Askey.

Frost, however, made a comeback ride in Lawton, Oklahoma where he made a 92-point ride.

Chiseled began his professional career within the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association in 2018. From 2018 to 2020 there was only one cowboy to go the full 8 seconds. Eli Vastbinder was 86 points at the Caldwell Night Rodeo in August of 2018.
