With the most important stop of the Texas Swing in the rearview mirror, the Bull Riding World Standings had a major shakeup at the top. Creek Young took home the $50,000 check with the win and jumped to No. 1 in the World Standings.
Here is a look at the top 20 in the Bull Riding Standings as we head into the final weekend of Rodeo Austin.
No. 1 Creek Young, $100,470
Creek Young has been one of the more consistent Bull Riders over the last three years with three NFR appearances, including two top 6 finishes in the standings. Young got his biggest regular season win over the weekend at RodeoHouston where he was 87 points in the Finals to get the win. That ride brought his Houston earnings over $55,000.
Young jumped Clayton Sellars for the top spot in the standings by over $25,000.
No. 4 Roscoe Jarboe, $47,118
Roscoe Jarboe was another big winner in Houston over the weekend. Jarboe, who advanced as the final qualifier in the first Semifinal, placed second in the Finals with an 82-point ride. The second-place finish earned Jarboe $20,000. The big payday nearly doubled his season earnings and jumped him to No. 4 in the PRCA Bull Riding Standings. The five-time NFR qualifier is looking to head to the Finals for the first time since 2021 when he finished No. 15 in the World.
No. 15 Tristen Hutchings, $35,344
Hutchings has turned it on of late, climbing inside the top 15 after a strong showing in Houston in which he won over $11,000 after making the finals. While he didn’t get the big win, Hutchings parlayed his success in Houston into a lead at Rodeo Austin with an 89-point ride that earned him $4,750. Hutchings finished his strong weekend with a win at the Still Creek Stampede for an additional $1,100.
