Kaleb Driggers remains number one in the PRCA World Standings and has earned more than $135,000 on the season, which is over $25,000 ahead of Clay Tryan who currently sits in second place. Here is a look at the Top 20 in the PRCA World Standings and how they got there.

1. Kaleb Driggers, $135,801

Driggers has had a great showing in the first two weeks of July. It began with a second place finish at the Cody Stampede (Wyoming) that won him over $5,000. That was followed up with a round win at the Black Hills Roundup (South Dakota) thanks to a 3.6-second run. Driggers was just getting started as he would place second at the Livingston Roundup (Montana), win a round and place second in another at the Big Fork Summer ProRodeo (Montana) and win a round at the Rooftop Rodeo (Coloraod) all in the first 11 days of the month.

In the second week of the month, Driggers continued his success with a win at the Laramie Jubilee Days (Wyoming) and a win in Round 1 of the Calgary Stampede. In total, Driggers has earned more than $23,000 in July.

2. Clay Tryan, $109,966

Tryan, the RodeoHouston champion alongside Jake Long, had his biggest win of July at the Home of Champions (Montana) where the duo took first place and won over $3,000. Tryan has won five additional checks this month for more than $1,000. Tryan recently posted his fastest time of the month at the Snake River Stampede while roping with Jade Corkill.

3. Andrew Ward, $82,182

Ward, last year’s NFR Average winner, saw a great stretch of rodeo over the first two weeks of July. He and his partner Buddy Hawkins had a stretch of three consecutive checks of over $2,000 beginning with a second place finish at the Killdeer Mountain Roundup PRCA Rodeo (North Dakota). The duo went 5.8 seconds and earned over $2,500. They followed that up with a third place finish at the Hamel Rodeo (Minnesota) to earn $2,000 and ended the stretch with a $3,000 check at the Heart of the North Rodeo (Wisconsin).

4. Rhen Richard, $77,716

Just a month ago Rhen Richard was sitting in seventh place in the World Standings, but an outstanding stretch between him and partner Jeremy Buhler has Richard sitting in fourth place. Two weeks ago, it was Lightning Aguilera in fourth place, but thanks to a third place finish at The Calgary Stampede Team Roping and a check of over $5,000, Richard made the jump to fourth.

5. Lightning Aguilera, $66,737

Aguilera struggled early in July, going 12 runs with no visits to the pay window. That streak ended at the Silver State Stampede (Nevada) where Aguilera won $2,500 after a fourth place finish. At the Calgary Stampede Team Roping, he would earn around $2,500.

6. Coleman Proctor, $65,826

The month of July has been kind to Coleman Proctor after a rough May and June. Proctor and partner Logan Medlin won the Cody Stampede and over $5,000 to get their momentum turned around. Later in the month, the two placed third in back-to-back rodeos earning over $5,000 along the way.

7. Dustin Egusquiza, $63,648

Equsquiza and partner Travis Graves took Round 2 of the NFR Open, which won them over $5,000. It was the duo’s fourth check of at least $2,000 in the month of July.

8. Riley Minor, $60,369

Riley and Brady Minor took Round 1 of the Snake River Stampede and earned $4,000 after their 4.1 second run.

9. Cody Snow, $59,354

Snow and partner Wesley Thorp currently lead the Snake River Stampede Average with time of 8.9 seconds on two head. The duo has already won over $4,000 at the rodeo.

10. Jr. Dees, $57,072

While Dees and partner Levi Lord have not found the big win in the month of July, they have six checks of at least $1,000 this month, including a $3,000 win at the Cody Stampede after a sixth place finish.

11. Jake Orman, $52,264

A win at the Livingston Roundup moved Orman into the Top 15 on the season. He and Br7e Crites went 4.3 seconds to win over $4,000. The two followed that up with wins at the Killdeer Mountain Roundup and the Hamel Rodeo, which each paid out over $2,500.

12. Jeff Flenniken, $51,172

Flenniken and partner Jake Minor had a strong showing at the Central Wyoming Rodeo with a second place finish in Round 1 and a win in the Finals. The two runs earned the team more than $4,000.

13. Chad Masters, $48,283

It has been a rough month for Masters with only four checks in 23 performances.

14. Clint Summers, $47,283

Clint Summers was outside of the Top 20 just a week ago, but a win at the Calgary Stampede pushed him not only into the Top 20 but now on the right side of the NFR bubble at No. 14. Summers and partner Ross Ashford won nearly $13,000 at the rodeo after going 4.0 seconds in the Finals.

15. Tanner Tomlinson, $45,586

Over the weekend, Tomlinson and partner Patrick Smith won the Cattlemen’s Days (Colorado) which earned them over $2,900. They followed that up with a third place finish in the opening round of the Snake River Stampede to earn another $3,000.

16. Derrick Begay, $43,347

Begay and partner T.J. Brown earned over $20,000 at the NFR Open after finishing third in the Average and a second in the Semifinals.

17. Joshua Torres, $42,861

Torres’s biggest check of July came at the Home of the Champions Rodeo (Montana) where he finished in second place after a 4.6-second run and earned nearly $3,000.

18. Garrett Rogers, $42,810

Garrett Rogers and partner Justin Davis earned $1,400 over the weekend after finishing second place in a round at the Sheridan WYO Rodeo.

19. Aaron Tsinigine, $41,167

Tsinigine and partner Kyle Lockett made a big jump in the standings after earning nearly $9,500 at the Calgary Stampede Team Roping thanks to a second place finish in the finals.

20. Clay Smith, $40,930

Smith has not compete since the World’s Oldest Rodeo to begin the month of July and will miss the remainder of the season with a broken leg.
