The Preakness is scheduled for Saturday and it isn’t without controversy. Kentucky Derby winner, Medina Spirit tested positive for a banned substance after the race, but because it is up to individual states to dictate racing rules and regulations, Medina Spirit will be able to run at The Preakness.
Medina Spirit comes into the race as the odds on favorite at 9-5. Midnight Bourbon and Concert Tour look to be the biggest competition for Medina Spirit, coming I at 5-1 and 5-2 odds.
