R.C. Landingham Rides His Way to the Top of the Reno Leaderboard

Landingham earns another trip to pay window after a successful week at the Reno Rodeo

The million-dollar cowboy made another stop to pay window after a dominating week in Reno, Nevada. R.C. Landingham is no rookie to the spotlight and is well on his way to qualifying for his fifth trip to the National Finals Rodeo.

The talent turned in three scores above 8 points to earn a check in all three rounds. Landingham’s highest score of the week was earned on Rosser Rodeo’s Cowboy and Kids with an 87-point ride in Round 2. He claimed the Reno Bareback Championship with a score of 257 on three head.

“Money doesn’t last real long but memories you make along the way last a lifetime,” Landingham said.

The cowboy walked away with $17,430 to add to his World Standings purse. He is currently ranked No.6 in the bareback riding standings and is making progress towards being a part of the Top 5 conversation.
