The Riggin Rally lived up to the hype over the weekend. Bringing together the top bareback riders in the world, the best of the best went on to the short round before the champion was crowned.
The top six cowboys in the average qualified from the performance on Saturday. After winning both qualifying rounds, Bradlee Miller was your No. 1 qualifier going into Sunday. Tim Murphy, Leighton Berry, Ty Blessing, Zachariah Phillips, A.J. Ruth, and Bodee Lammers were the others who moved on.
Sunday’s performance came, it was three sections of 12, the top four from each section moved on. Mason Clements, Chad Rutherford and Cole Franks were the top three bareback riders from each section. It came down to a 90 point ride for Mason Clements on Frontier Rodeo’s Southern Star that cinched the three time National Finals Qualifier his first ever Riggin Rally win.
