Rocker Steiner Makes Exceptional Ride to Battle Back and Win Round 6 on Korkow Rodeo’s Tator Tot

Texas bareback rider Rocker Steiner picks up the Round 6 win

After a tough first few rounds of the National Finals Rodeo, fan-favorite bareback rider Rocker Steiner got the Round 6 win by 1.5 points after a matchup with Korkow Rodeo’s Tator Tot.

“It’s hard to come out here and be trying so hard and something unfortunate happens but look, there’s not many people that get to be here and put on a show for these great fans and I’m very thankful to be here. And that’s what I keep telling myself. It doesn’t matter, I’m out here to have fun and here to put on a show for everybody in the stands,” Steiner said.

This 89-point win puts Steiner right back into the World Title race alongside Keenan Hayes after battling back and forth during the regular season for the No. 1 spot. Steiner has cashed a check in the last four rounds, but Hayes remains atop the Projected World Stadnings. Dean Thompson is second and Steiner is third.

Bradlee Miller takes second with an 87.5 while Hayes and RC Landingham split third in Round 6.
