Rocker Steiner proved once again why he is one of the most electric names in professional rodeo. The Weatherford, Texas bareback rider claimed a massive win at The American Rodeo this weekend, grabbing the title of Roughstock Athlete of the Week.

Known for his grit and raw athleticism, Steiner has been making statements since his Rookie year and continues to do that in the 2025 season. The American Rodeo isn’t just another payday— it is one of the most prestigious titles in the sport of rodeo. Steiner rose to the occasion, delivering a standout 91.75-point ride aboard Frontier Rodeo’s Breaking News in the championship four-man round.

Steiner’s previous best result at the American Rodeo was in 2024, where he finished in 6th. He returned this year with a clear mission, and he left no doubt that he was there to win.

“I’m here for one reason, and that’s to win,” Said Steiner.

This win comes just weeks after his $65,000 payday at RodeoHouston, proving that Steiner is not just having a moment, but building the foundation for the rest of his season. Steiner continues to push his way to the top of the world standings, hoping to secure his first World Title.

With this win at The American Rodeo, Steiner not only pocketed another huge payday but also picked up valuable momentum heading into the rest of the PRCA season, where he is currently sitting at No. 2 in the World Standings.
