In 2023, there were no 90+ Point Rides in the saddle bronc riding until Round 5, but Brody Wells was not here last year, so he didn’t get the memo.
The NFR rookie rode Pete Carr’s Pretty Woman for 90 to win Round 2 by three points and collect the biggest check he’s earned in his ProRodeo career. It was the third 90+ Point Ride of his 2024 season.
In the early going, Wells is 170 on 2 and ranks third in the NFR Average behind Zeke Thurston and Dawson Hay. Hay was second in Round 2 while Thurston split third with Damian Brennan.
