Sadie Troyer Capitalizes on Opportunity at Rodeo Austin

A 15.49-second run secures Sadie Troyer the No. 3 spot in Round 1 at Rodeo Austin

Barrel racer Sadie Troyer entered into Rodeo Austin through the Qualifiers and is now sitting at No. 3 in Round 1 after cinching the fastest run of Performance 5.

A time of 15.49 locked Troyer into the top spot in her Go-Round with the help of her sixteen-year-old mare that has continued to show up for the Texas cowgirl.

“That mare has taken me through high school rodeo, college championships to now here and somehow at the ripe age of 16 she still stays right there with them. I’m so proud and I’ll do everything to keep her going, she loves her job,” Troyer said.
