Nobody has been better than Sage Kimzey at Xtreme Bull Riding events. Kimzey earned his 10th Division 1 win after taking the Average at the Cactus Jack Xtreme Bull Riding where he went 261 on three. Kimzey placed in Round 1, won round two, and placed third in the Finals to win the Average.
After the rodeo Kimzey talked about his big winter.
“I was really fortunate even though I didn’t go very hard this winter I had a really, really prosperous winter run,” he said. “Now that we are in the spring and going into the summer, I definitely want to keep the ball rolling and keep riding strong.”
After the win, Kimzey moved into second place in the World Standings by jumping Josh Frost. On the year, Kimzey has earned $110,410.
