Tie-Down Roper Shane Hanchey Announces Docuseries on 2024 Season and NFR

The series will air on The Cowboy Channel as part of Pro Rodeo Tonight

Shane Hanchey announced a mini-docuseries documenting his path through the 2024 regular season.

The series can be seen on The Cowboy Channel and will document his time at the 2024 NFR as well.

Hanchey has been working with Producer Will Stout to put together the series, which Hanchey says will be exciting for rodeo fans.

“We’re excited about this series coming up. Especially following us through the National Finals.”

Stout got his first taste of the rodeo lifestyle and says he has grown to appreciate what these athletes go through, something he is sure to show in the series.

“I think people are going to like the grind of the rodeo world. Coming in as an outsider I didn’t realize what all went into it.”

Hanchey will enter the NFR No. 5 in the Tie-Down Roping World Standings with over $157,800 earned on the year. It will be his 15th NFR appearance and he will be competing for his second World Title.

The regular season in ProRodeo is over, the World Standings are official, and the NFR is set.
