During the 2020 NFR festivities, Pam Minick sat down with friend and rodeo legend Tuff Hedeman (who brought his son Ryker along with him).
They talk about what got Tuff started bull riding and how he earned his nickname “Tuff” (real name - Richard).
Hedeman also spoke on the 2020 Wrangler NFR, the Movie 8 Seconds, and his close friend, the great Lane Frost.
Hedeman won the PRCA bull riding world championship in 1986, 1989, and 1991, as well as the PBR world championship in 1995. He is a co-founder of the PBR and is an inductee in both the ProRodeo Hall of Fame, the Bull Riding Fall of Fame, and the National Cowboy & Western Museum and Rodeo Society Hall of Fame.
