Originally from Fort St. John, BC, Stephen Culling began his journey in rodeo at a young age and quickly became an all around cowboy competing in multiple different events including team roping, tie-down roping and steer wrestling.
Culling’s list of accolades started in his teenage years as he cinched the win in the steer wrestling at the National High School Finals and Canadian High School Finals.
A good friend and a great horse stuck by Culling’s side in the early years of his rodeo career as he worked to perfect his skills in the bulldogging and he gives credit to them both for where he is today.
Throughout his professional career, Culling finished inside the Top 25 in 2019 and 2022, however, this season Culling is headed to the Thomas and Mack after securing the No. 10 spot in the World along with his first National Finals Rodeo qualification.
