Nine bull riders were marked 84 points or better and Stetson took the top spot, wowing spectators with an impressive 88.5-point ride on Honeycutt Rodeo’s Louisville to win the Take the Oath Xtreme Bulls in Utah. Wright’s performance earned him a handsome paycheck of $5,443.
“I knew I just had to fight and that’s about what it took, ended up landing on my feet too, so it was all good,” Wright said. “I’m honored to ride here and win, so I’m pretty lucky.”
Not to be outdone, 18-year-old Kase Hitt showcased his skills and earned a solid second place with an 86-point ride, securing a respectable payout of $4,173.
