Stetson Wright stays on top of the world with an 88-point bull ride that has him sitting second in San Angelo.
After it looked Pete Carr Pro Rodeo’s Juicy might have gotten ahead of Wright, Wright’s recovery was undeniable.
“He really bucked out of there and I felt like I was going with him. He kind of had a weird jump and sat me down and about pulled me down on his head and I’m just glad I sat back up and rode him,” Wright said.
A point has been made that Wright never quits. He said he likes to know that he left it all in the arena.
Wright currently sits No. 1 in the Bull Riding World Standings with $123,034 to his name and it looks like he will be adding to it in San Angelo.
