It was yet another remarkable season for Stetson Wright after he earned over $368,000 on the season in Bull Riding alone. Wright holds a $114,000 lead over traveling partner Ky Hamilton who earned just over $254,000 on the season and holds the No. 2 spot in the PRCA World Standings.
Wright averaged 85.35 points per ride on the season and rode 63% of his bulls. It was an impressive season for Wright from start to finish as he claimed early season paydays at the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo and the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo where he finished second in both. He followed that up with a win at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo and Rodeo Austin. All four of those wins came with a 90-point ride or better for Wright.
Stetson enters the NFR looking for his third Bull Riding title and second straight. Overall Wright has seven World Titles since 2018 and could make it an even 10 this year if he sweeps the All Around, Saddle Bronc, and Bull Riding.
