Stevi Hillman was out for redemption in Round 2 after a down barrel in Round 1 and it is safe to say that she got it. Aboard the same horse she won the Pendleton Round-Up on, Sandi, Hillman takes Round 2 with a time of 13.62 seconds.
“That was a tough round and I am thankful for that mare. This is first time I’ve brought the same horse twice and so that’s comforting,” Hillman said.
The versatility that Sandi has is like a secret weapon for Hillman. This Go-Round win has bumped her from No. 13 in the World to No. 9.
Summer Kosel and Apollo stopped the clock at 13.63 seconds to be second while Lisa Lockhart and Levi came in third with a 13.67.
