Talking Fitness with Doug Champion and Rocker Steiner

Champion wakeboarder and bareback rider Rocker Steiner, a fifth-generation rodeo cowboy from the renowned Steiner family, and Doug Champion, also a bareback rider and a successful personal trainer well-known in the rough stock realm (and brother of bareback rider Richmond Champion), came by Western Sports Round-Up to talk fitness.

Champion has developed workouts specifically for ProRodeo athletes to stay in shape and at their best throughout the year, whether at home or on the road.

After they break down how bareback riders stay rodeo ready, Doug offers Janie some tips for working out at home while in quarantine.
