Weekly Recap: Best in Barrel Racing

Dona Kay Rule and 2019 WPRA | AQHA Horse of the Year Valor are on fire, winning the rodeos in Baker and Circle as well as placing third in third Douglas. Rule won $7,650 last weekend and moved from No. 9 to No. 5 in the WPRA World Standings.

After moving out of the No. 15 spot in the last couple weeks, Tiany Schuster is picking up steam. She and Showmance placed third in Baker, and Tiany now sits in the No. 10 spot.

Jessica Routier and her palomino mare Missy are what Steve calls “the model of consistency.” They placed second in Baker and remain at No. 7 in the Standings.
