Top Takeaways from the Northwest Montana Fair & Rodeo: It ended in a five-way tie for eighth in the bareback riding, putting Wyatt Bloom, Tim O’Connell, Shane O’Connell, Leighton Berry and Austin Foss all in the money (by $60 each); saddle bronc rider Kolby Wanchuck smoked the competition with an 89-point ride on The Cervi Brothers’ Jimmy Lee’s 2 Cookies; and tie-down roper Hunter Herrin, who was on fire this weekend, added more than $3,000 to his season earnings in Kalispell.
