Brazilian cowboy Jose Vitor Leme won the 2020 PBR World Championship, clinching the title with an astounding 95.75-point ride on Saturday night.
“This journey is amazing,” he told PBR.com. “This is my dream. My life. But I know there is still plenty of work to do.”
Leme won $1 million for his World Title, giving him $1.6 million in earnings on the season.
Bourdreaux Campbell, who primarily rides with the PRCA, won the PBR World Finals Event. Campbell was No. 3 in final world standings and Leme’s countrymen, Joao Ricardo Vieira, was No. 2.
