Hailey Kinsel Turns in Two Fastest Times of the Rodeo and Earns Her First Cheyenne Title

Having never won a title at The Daddy of ‘em All, Hailey Kinsel showed up this year and dominated in Cheyenne.

She and Sister turned in the two fastest times of the rodeo, one during the qualifiers of 17.22 seconds, and one when it mattered most, on Championship Sunday.

Stopping the clock at 17.30 seconds in the finals, 3X World Champion Hailey Kinsel finally won her first Cheyenne Frontier Days buckle.
